Grape variety: 100% Chenin

Serin yellow color with golden-green highlights — lively, bright, and radiant.
The nose opens very openly, revealing the characteristic aromas of Chenin: white fruits (peach, apricot, mirabelle plum), a fresh and energetic impression of white flowers (linden), and a hint of citrus (lemon).
The palate is supple and fresh on the attack, with fruit and floral notes enhancing the wine’s liveliness. The finish is distinctly saline, reflecting the minerality of its magnificent schist terroir on the prestigious slopes of Thouarcé / Bonnezeaux.
