Grape variety: 100% Chenin
Pale canary-yellow color with golden-green highlights, lively, bright, and radiant.
The nose is very straightforward, expressing the characteristic aromas of Chenin: white fruits (peach, mirabelle plum apricot), a fresh and lively impression of white flowers (linden), and a hint of citrus (yellow lemon).
On the palate, the attack is supple and fresh, followed by fruit and floral aromas that enhance this liveliness. The finish is very saline, a hallmark of the minerality of its magnificent terroir.
