Harvested by hand only. The color is canary yellow with golden highlights, with great brilliance. The nose releases aromas of caramelized white fruits, exotic fruits (mango, pineapple, etc.), and a hint of candied citrus (kumquat). The palate is very elegant, full-bodied, and smooth. This balance is confirmed and amplified by an aromatic expression of fresh and cooked mango. A hint of acidity, with a touch of citrus, brings a lovely freshness and tone.

Ageing potential: 5-10 years
